"Logan's Retreat was perfect for our family vacation. It is located in an area where we could go any direction and see the beautiful Hocking Hills attractions. However, It was also a place where we could stay in, play games, fish or just hang out and never see anyone outside our family. We enjoyed the rec barn, the games and movies provided as well as the beautiful dining room where we ate our meals together. And my personal favorite part was that during the two rain storms that moved through that week, we sat on the front porch and looked over the grass down the mountain. It was truly a fantastic place for our family vacation."

"This was such a great property with tons of things for adults and kids. We had 5 teenage boys and they had so much fun playing football in the front yard while the moms watched rocking in chairs on the front porch. The outdoor garage area was perfect with basketball, ping pong, Saturday football on the tv, and corn hole was great for all of us. The basement was their nighttime entertainment with foosball and pool. The hot tub was fantastic! We ventured to hocking hills state park for a day but overall spent 95% of the time on property together and it was the best getaway! Property was clean and overall I highly recommend."

"This is an awesome choice for a vacation rental. The owners put so much thought into what would provide a perfect environment for entertainment and rest and relaxation. It was so clean and the property itself was beautiful. The hot tub was in excellent shape as well as all the games and game rooms. It was perfectly located within a half hour of all the major parks and attractions. Walmart and gas etc only 10-15 mins away. The kitchen was fully stocked for whatever you might want. We were so pleased I am now booking for fall and look very forward to another stay at Logan's retreat."

"This place was peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and inviting. Great hot tub to enjoy. The pond is nice and the water was clean. Only caught a couple blue gill but did not spend much time fishing. Overall excellent stay and close to Zaleski State Forest where I spent time hunting."

"Logan's Retreat was amazing!!! The cabin was clean and had a nice setup. We loved the rec room which included corn hole, ping pong, darts and a basketball hoop. The basement also had a foosball and pool table so we had lots to do since it was winter time and cold outside. Check in was very easy and communication was good. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the future."

"We loved our stay at Logan's retreat. Our trip was to spend time exploring Hocking Hills trails and other fun activities and our stay at Logan's Retreat made it even better. The amount of things to do on the property was just outstanding. The hot tub, amazing game room in the basement complete with pool, Foosball and other party games as well as a fire pit and even a pond you can fish and row on! The rec barn was just an amazing added bonus that we had one day that we just stayed at the cabin to explore and have fun there and it was a blast. We choose to make our meals most of the time and the kitchen had all the right tools so I could cook and the grill was great! The area is in rural part of Ohio but the cabin is up high on a hill that you feel like you are in your own private retreat. Loved watching the sunrise with my morning coffee most mornings. We hope to come back again soon!"

"We came to Logan's Retreat for a mini vacation and to celebrate my husband's birthday. Wow, this property is stunning. The owner is very easy to contact (He answered his phone at 1am because there was a power outage here and he followed up with the electric company....even called us back at 3am to give us an estimated time the power would be restored - a tree came down and power was lost for many, so not the owners fault but he was so pleasant and responded instantly!) I felt safe and cozy in this cabin. Beautiful property. Well stocked. Lots to do here - rec barn, pool table, and our favorite was the large, clean hot tub...we spent every night relaxing in it! Reviewers mentioned the driveway being steep- yes that is true but my husband got my Nissan Altima up with no problem. This was our first time visiting hocking hills and it was a wonderful trip. We were so pleased with our stay at Logan's Retreat that we would definitely come back here. Even if you don't want to sight-see and do the caves/falls, there is so much here, at the cabin, to keep busy or just relax! I chose this rental based on the great reviews I read and gosh I'm glad I did. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, whether with your significant other or a family vacation.....Logan's Retreat is the place to stay!!!!"

"This is a beautiful house nestled in the woods of the country. If you are looking for a lot of fun toys: At the house is a pool table and foosball and hot tube. Very close to the house is a heated Barn with a basketball hoop, cornhole and ping pong table. What a great experience. We like it so much we visit yearly."

We had family from all over the country stop by at one point or another and everyone loved this home. There is plenty to do and space to spread out. "Brian and Ann have a beautiful cabin set on a secluded private oasis. They made sure we had everything we needed and excellent communication. We thought we were going to arrive earlier than check in and made accommodations for us to do so if we did! The house was clean, comfortable, modern kitchen was fully stocked, all amenities and features listed were provided. I brought too much stuff with me! Its location was very close to Hocking Hills State Park as well as the Caves. We definitely will recommend Logan's Retreat and book again on our next visit to Hocking Hills. This was truly a perfect place to be for my boyfriends birthday and our first (impressive) visit to Hocking Hills. Thank you!"

"My stay here was better than even expected, and i'm a pretty picky traveller! The place was clean and tidy, top to bottom. The hot tub was immaculate and ready to go. The rec room was probably about four times the size I expected it would be. My son and I played LOTS of pool, basketball and ping pong 🙂 My elder daughter came by for a visit and the lodge showed how perfect it is at bringing all different ages together- something for everyone. We could have doubled our stay and not gotten bored. Thank you Logan's Retreat! I will for sure want to return."

"What a great experience! From booking to follow-up, Brian was a fantastic host. First, this cabin is newly renovated (2015) and in great shape. Modern appliances and bathroom, 2 HD TVs, pool table, a clean hot tub, comfortable furniture and a large skillet for grilling. The location was also remote enough to be dark & quiet, but not hours away from civilization. My buddies and I had a relaxing weekend watching sports and making food. If you can wake up in time, the front porch offers a great sunrise view. When we had a little trouble getting a TV channel, Brian cleared it up for us quickly. Highly recommended."
